On June 13-15, there was an internal and external energy​ intensive training  at the Bakdol Zen Center with Jin Mok Seonsa’s lectures on the theory of Kukseondo, breathing instruction, Martial arts, and swordsmanship.
The sight of the instructors practicing without being concerned about the heat or rain was a time for practitioners to reexamine their mindset and establish their will.
