The Kukseondo family of 8 Lithuanians and 3 Americans visited the first workshop destination,

Jeondeungsa Temple and Bomunsa Temple in Ganghwado.

They warmed up by practicing external exercises in nature.

We had a practice session in front of the Seated Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva Statue at Ganghwa Bomun Temple.
